Welcome to the ICNEV Learning Center Registration Form

Please complete the registration form for your child(ren) for the 2026–2027 academic year (September 7 – May 17).

At ICNEV Learning Center, we are committed to providing a strong foundation in Islamic Studies, Arabic, and character development through engaging and structured programs.

Programs Offered

1. Sunday School Program (Ages 5–12)
Includes Islamic Studies, Arabic, and Qur’an
Time: Sundays, 9:45 AM – 1:50 PM

  • Monthly Tuition: $145 per child

  • One-Time Fee: $110 per child (includes books, security, and lunch)

2. Early Childhood Program (Ages 3–4.5)
A fun, nurturing, and interactive introduction to Islamic values and learning
Time: Sundays, 9:45 AM – 1:50 PM

  • Monthly Tuition: $145 per child

  • One-Time Fee: $110 per child

3. Online Arabic Program

Choose one of the following options:

  • Option A: 3 sessions per week (30 minutes each) – $175/month

  • Option B: 3 sessions per week (45 minutes each) – $230/month

Placement is based on student level.

Payment Structure

  • Tuition is based on a semester system

  • No School During Ramadan and

  • Payments can be made:

    • In full, or

    • In 4 monthly installments per semester

Early Registration Offer

  • Early Registration Opens: April 26

  • Discount: 20% off total tuition (excluding the one-time $110 fee)

Family Discount (Sunday School Only)

  • 2nd child: 15% off tuition

  • 3rd child: 20% off tuition

  • Discount Policy

    • Only one discount may be applied per family. Discounts cannot be combined.

    • The Early Registration discount overrides all other discounts.

    • Family discounts apply only to regular tuition rates (not early registration rates).

    • Families who pay in full at regular pricing may receive the applicable family discount.

    Example:
    If a family receives the early registration discount, the family discount will not be applied.

  • Important Notes

    • The academic calendar includes scheduled breaks such as Ramadan, Eid, winter/holiday breaks (including Christmas), and other official school breaks.

    • Tuition is calculated on a full-semester basis, reflecting the overall program, curriculum, and instructional value provided throughout the term.
      Therefore, tuition remains the same regardless of scheduled breaks or days off.

    • Registration is first-come, first-served (limited spots available)

    • Registration is not complete until payment is received or a sponsorship is approved

    • A placement test for Arabic will take place before the start of the school year (date to be announced)
